I want to lose 8 pounds so I'll be at 105 pounds. And I eat fruits and veggies and only drink milk and water and I walk/jog 30 minutes every day and no luck so I'm wanting to try acai berry hoping I get results; so is acai berry appropriate for me?

I am 21 and I never diet. I have to say I find it sick to see how teenagers these days keep on doing stupid diets.
No, there's nothing wrong with acai berry, it is just a fruit. Is like eating apples all day long, of course you'll lose weight. Dieting at your age will only mess up your metabolism, and by the age of 20 you will need to starve just to keep your body from gaining more weight. You are a kid, and shouldn't be worried about diets, live your life kido and stop worrying, or you'll end up wrinkled too.
