I need to know if anyone has tried it and does it really work?

No, it doesn't.
And never fall for the 'free' sample online.
Google acai and scam.
There are more antioxidants (which do not aid weight loss) in fresh local berries.
Acai has a short shelf life, so they've turned it into an industry based on lies, fictional testimonials and airbrushed photographs.
Many have reported on these pages that they have lost money not weight.
