I've seen all these adds online about some miracle acai berry diet and I've read and heard that the acai berry is a great berry full with antioxidants and what not. But how does it help you lose weight?

Acai is very high in antioxidants, which help to destroy free radicals (damage causing cells in your body). Because many free radicals come from processed fast food, acai helps to destroy some of the things you may have put in your body through fast food. That would cause some weight loss.
Acai is also a fiber source. Fiber combines with fat cells during digestion (which then you don't digest) and let the fat pass through your system. More fiber means less fat, which can help you lose weight.
Acai is high in natural lipids. Lipids help to give you energy and stamina and keep you going. When you are more energetic, you are more active, and being more active can lead to weight loss.
Those are just some ways that acai can help you lose weight.
The acai product I use is MonaVie. It is a delicious fruit blend with acai, and since I have started drinking it I have lost weight, feel more energetic and healthy, and I have noticed that I sleep better.

I have seen a big difference in my energy levels and controling my appitite with Acai Berry. BUT I didn't order the online diet pills I went to Walgreens to the pharmacy where the vitamins are normally kept and bout Acai Berry Supplements. They were $ 9.99 and work great and don't have the extra "Diet Pill" stuff that gives you the jitters and stuff. They do help with cravings and I would recommend them
ReplyDeletethose ads are a lie. they dont work unless you've used it for a long time. i tried the free trial and nothing happen. after the free trial the charge about $ 80 which is a total rip off. dont even try it. i think you can still get the same result with blueberries.

From what I know about acai berries, they are able to help you lose weight because of the antioxidants. Consider it a weight loss supplement that should be used in addition to exercise and watching what you eat.

If you are really looking to lose weight, Acai probably isn't enough just by itself.
