Forget acai berry for weight loss as there is no proof in it...it is a scam or hype at best. Adopt a calorie restricted diet and combine that with at least 30 minutes of exercise a day such as brisk walking or cycling or other activity that you might like to do at the gym or at home. And definitely stay away from Internet purchases of acai berry as there are apparently fraudulent scams online relating to acai berry. Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before meals might could also be taken as part of a calorie-restricted diet and exercise.

There are so many out there but not many are available in store. The general acai supplements like Perfect Acai are available online and I believe in some stores in different parts of the states. None are available in stores here in australia.

ReplyDeleteIt's a very healthy food, high in vitamins and anti-oxidants, but those won't really result in weight loss.
I suggest doing what this mom did and combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program.
