I need real help so don't say green tea or acai berry no diet pills please. I am 5'3" and weigh a wooping 132 pounds so index to know how do I loose it?

Stop drinking soda, two meals a day, for lunch eat a small bag of chips and a water bottle, one snack around the evening, fifty sit ups, then end the day with some Dance Dance Revolution
ReplyDeleteListen, that is not that bad. You need to just do your own kind of work out routine for like 1-3 months. it will help you lose like maybe 20 pounds at most if you find a good routine.

Any way.. Um.. Im going to say stay clear of carbs, just eat meat, eggs and low carb veges oh and drink A LOAD of water =] I know its not want you wanna hear but its works.. Im only 16 but ive lost alot from doing that.
Search Atkins diet on google, it'll give you an overall idea and the diet.

Don't starve yourself. It is recommended to eat at least 5 *small* meals a day, instead of 3 main ones. Why? You eat more times throughout the day so your body is constantly burning calories and your metabolism will be running continuously. What you need to do is eat healthily so you don't gain unwanted fat. Exercise and do plenty of cardio on top of a healthy diet and you will see results. Starving yourself only makes you unhealthy and weak and you'll only gain the fat again as quickly as you lost it.
