whats a good diet for someone that wants to reduce fat intake?

Question by Danielle E: whats a good diet for someone that wants to reduce fat intake?
I want to loose fat, and no, i dont want the acai berry... But i excersice regularly so i don't want to do the "cut down on carbs" diet. I want to loose fat and gain muscle =) thanks!

Increase your diet rich in roughage i.e. Salad and fruits .

  2. A good diet includes foods that has Lean Proteins and has Natural Starchy Carbohydrates

    Examples of foods that has Lean Protein are:
    seeds, nuts, nut butters
    non/lowfat milk
    non/lowfat cheese

    Natural Starchy Carbohydrates:

    whole meal bread
    spelt bread
    high fiber cereal
    corn

  3. simple diet, change your meal, simple breakfast in the morning, eat some healthy food bar between lunch time, eat some fruit for dinner :)
