Question by : What is the quickest way to lose 15 pounds?
i had just gained 15 pounds and i cant seem to loose it! help! anything will do except ideas like acai berry or things that cost money.

Do exercises often at your house also do biking,dancing,running,ect.
Also by reading and Research on weight loss it is healthy by lowering your portions of food and going on a 5 week liquid diet, also eat foods with really low carbs. /carbohydrates,or don't eat any at all because that will mean you eat more during the days/weeks also do more exercises at the gym and at home, also back onto the topic of sports running a narrow path will also help with the upper body muscles/waists and hips, dancing will too, and streching everyday will help with your hips/sides,also take vitemins with a high dose of energy to keep you going through the day.There are also very healthy recipies to make on this website with a big amount of calories taken off the food if you just buy it. http://www.mylifetime.com/on-tv/shows/cook-yourself-thin/recipes P.S.   2. This might not be the QUICKEST but the most effective way: Weight watchers. I've bee on it for 2 weeks and lost 10 lbs. I would recomend it to anyone! Good luck!

  3. Relax. Listen to calming music or something like that. Stress can put on weight fast. Just eat less and exercise more. It's not going to happen overnight, but you can get back to your original weight soon. Not buying snacks other than like carrots will work wonders.

  4. Quick, but definitely not healthy is to cut carbs.

    You're body stores carbs and water together. If you aren't taking in the carbs then you are losing water too. Dehydrating yourself in the process

    Try eating right and exercise for a more permanent fix!

  5. Watch what you eat! Dont eat as much. I lost 10pounds in a week by not eating as much. Exercise, run,jog,wakj,bike. Good Luck!
