i really want to get rid of my stomach fat before summer gets around.
especially in the lower ab section.
and i feel like ive tried everything and nothingis working.
im currently trying the acai berry. though i wish i never got it because they charged my credit card over a hundred $ so far. but thats a different story.
thoughts?

Do sit ups and crunches. It is the best way.

While I am not discouraging exercise (because it goes hand in hand with a healthy diet)... I must admit the way to getting a nice sleek stomach is by eating a clean diet. When I say clean diet I mean NO food that come in packages, with more than 3 grams of sugar per serving... no processed JUNK like cookies, cakes, donuts and no drinks full of calories & sugar. You need to eat leafy green vegetables along with other fiber-rich vegetables and lean protein sources like fish, chicken & turkey breast & free-ranged red meats. Healthy fat needs to be included in your diet too which can be found in fish, olives/oil, flaxseeds/oil, hempseeds/oil, avocados, and some nuts.
ReplyDeleteYou do need exercise though, about an hour of cardiovascular exercise every single day is very important along with 2 days a week of weight being exercise like running/walking &/or weights.
Don't fall for advertisements that CLAIM they will shed body fat and reveal sexy 6 pack abs, because honestly, the only way to do so is by eating clean, exercising, sleeping enough and drinking enough calorie free beverages!
