Question by Dalton: Should I try products with Acai berry if im only wanting to gain muscle not loss weight?
I run cross country and i want to gain some muscle tone and ive seen this acai berry thing everywhere and im thinking of trying it but, i dont need to lose weight i just want to gain muscle, help?

Your joking right. To gain muscle you need to workout 5 times a week lifting heavy weights for low reps. Eat HEAPS of protein and carbs. taking things like creatine and nitric oxide powers are helpful too. what is a berry going to do lol

  1. Dude, a stupid berry is NOT going to make you gain muscle. As a cross country runner, you will most likely not gain any good muscle mass UNLESS you eat +500 calories more than you burn. You have to chose, cross country or muscle. If you cant chose, then you have to eat shiet loads of food. This also depends on your weight, activity level and body type.
