Is taking L-Glutamine and Acai Berry pills going to get me a better body?

Question by Nemo: Is taking L-Glutamine and Acai Berry pills going to get me a better body?
I want to look good before summer, so I am taking natural pills in order to receive it. Since acai berry will help me lose body fat and L-Glutamine will help me gain muscle, I feel it will help improve the results of my workouts and diet. Any advice on what I should rather take, or if this would actually work?

Iv heard it actually works and acai berries are super good for you anyways so id keep it up

  1. Dont take glutamine. You take in so much glutamine naturally you dont need it. Yohr body produces it. One thing i recommened taking is amino acid pills or protein. These will better help bud muscle

  3. it not just about taking pills. getting exercise should be your main focus, there is no miracle substance that will improve your health without the exercise that goes with it. remember its all about the effort you put into it.

  4. Stop poppin pills and start doing some cardio lazy. and L-Glutamine prevents muscle breakdown so I don't know where you're getting that from.
