Question by kharyzma: I am not losing weight with a healthy diet and excercise, should i try wu yi tea or acai berry?
I really would like to lose weight and get fit on my own I have about 25 pounds to lose, but I am not seeing any results I am just maintaining my weight. My concern about trying any diet supplements or acai berry or something like that is, can those be used for long term. once you stop taking them will you gain the weight back??

I understand where you're coming from - I've always had trouble with a slow metabolism, so I'd never get anywhere with diet and exercise alone. Like I'd eat nothing but fruits and vegetables and go to the gym twice a day, and I'd lose a few pounds but then hit this huge plateau I could never get past.

I had a lot of success with adding acai berry supplements and colon cleanse products to my daily regimen. I still put a lot of energy into eating well and exercising, and I finally was able to drop the extra weight I was carrying. If found that the two supplements gave me more energy to stick with my plan, and helped me burn more calories throughout the day.

My body tends to stay at any given weight, so I haven't had a lot of trouble keeping the weight off. Of course, I still make eating healthfully and getting lots of exercise a priority, so I think that's had a huge part in helping me maintain the weight loss. If you're interested, I'd highly recommend giving it a try. If nothing else, acai berry products offer some serious antioxidant and vitamin benefits!
