TOTALLY WORKS!!! and im not just saying that. my mom bought the acai berry juice and i drank it like it was just a drink for about a week. i got on the scale and noticed i was 7 lbs lighter and FREAKED out because i totally forgot it was supposed to help you lose weight. so it DEFINITELY worked in that department. i dont know, its weird though because i DID lose weight, but just based on appearance i didnt notice anything. i felt rejuvinted everytime after idrank it so i would TOTALLY reccomend it! great stuff!

what aids in weight loss is exercise and really healthy diet. it is impossible not to loose weight (unless you have a medical condition) if you're eating nutritious whole foods, abstaining from junk, and getting exercise. all it takes is changing you're habits and lifestyle. that sounds like a lot, but when you do it a little at a time it's not a big deal.
focus on being healthy, not skinny. eat fruits and veggies, nuts and whole grains, eat organic. try replacing some of your time in the car with walking or riding a bike. try to walk at least 30 minutes a day and do some yoga. if you did this stuff, you'd feel like you were the healthiest person alive and eventually you're body will come into alignment with how you feel.
