Hi there
from personal experience with the hydroxycut acai berry pills... it is best to take them alone as they do cause a diuretic effect and make you use the bathroom quite often. Always do a cleanse first before using diet pills. Cleansing the body of all the toxins accumulated first will actually make the diet pills even more effective and it will make your diet eaier. Also taking the two at once might actually shock your body and have the opposite effect of what you want to achieve!
Good luck! : )

ReplyDeleteThe only thing that will happen is you are likely to get diarrhea from the "cleanse" pills.
This whole acai berry thing is a scam. Acai berries don't have any more antioxidants in them than regular blueberries or raspberries. A diet high in antioxidant foods can HELP you lose weight. Not just make you lose weight. That is the big lie these con artists are selling.
The "cleanse" tablets probably contain nothing more than psyllium husk powder to help you poop more. This can deplete healthy bacteria and enzymes in the digestive system. And you can buy a quart jar of it for $ 10 at the grocery, not 60 tablets.
Alli is the only over the counter weight loss pill approved by the FDA. There are only three prescription weight loss medications approved. Do you think that if any of them REALLY worked we would have a $ 50 billion a year industry in "weight loss" supplements?
The big three pharmaceuticals would dominate the market.
Approved or otherwise, none of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program. See the website where you bought your products.
***So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?***
You are spending somewhere between $ 2 and $ 4 per day on a product that is not approved or guaranteed to do anything!
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.
You probably bought the products online. Don't be surprised if some outrageous charges hit your debit/credit card. Go to the terms and conditions at the website you bought this junk at. You will see you signed up for an "auto ship" program and you will be sent more product at $ 50,$ 80 or $ 150 per month! Some people have to cancel their credit or debit cards and get new ones just to get the automatic payment stopped.
That kind of money pays for a great gym membership.
Good Luck.
