Im a pretty thin guy and i take acai berry supplements morning and night for the antioxidants but lately i've noticed that i've lost weight. For a person my weight losing weight is unhealthy but i like having the antioxidants in my supplement plan. So do you think acai berry is making me lose weight?

ReplyDeletePeople eat acai berries to address various health conditions. But so far, acai berries have no known health benefit that’s any different than that of other similar fruits.
Check the ingredients to ake sure they don't contain any sort of laxative. Google the ingredients individually.
eg Some contain magnesium stearate which may be hydrogenated. Some conain psyllium, a bulking agent. Anybody can be allergic to any ingredient, even to the berry itself.
Why not stop taking them for a bit and see if things improve?
You could do better with a good mixed diet and if you continue to lose weight talk to your doctor.
