I was looking to loose about 15lbs and I really am not someone to go out of my way to exercise and diet. "weightlossidealiss" helped to suppress appetite and get me to loose the weight in a month I lost 22lbs

I've read in a manual that the most serious thing you have to do if you want to reduce weight is to accelerate your matabolic activity, a healthy system to do this is to have 5 small meals instead of just 3. In addition don't forget to consume much H2O, that will clean up your whole system. and absolutely not skip morning meal!!!!!

Have you experienced "Supreme Fat loss"? (do a google search for it) It is a quick and easy way for you to lose weight fast.
