Are Acai berries just like other diet pills?

Question by Liv: Are Acai berries just like other diet pills?
I have heard countless times that other diet pills just hurt your heart and unnaturally speed your metabolism. Is this is case for the famed Acai berries, which are apparently all natural?

no, they are good for you, but most pills are not. if you can find the berries yourself, either frozen, dried, or you grow them yourself, then sure, eat em up, every berry has great nutritional properties, so gob them up, but stay away from diet pills, if your looking to lose weight, learn to balance your diet, and switch to a more organic approach, even cutting back on meat will give you mountains of health benefits.

  6. Acai berries are good for you however they don't make you lose weight by themselves. I've found that they give you an energy boost and they help you to lose weight when you exercise. without exercise, i don't really think they do much.

  7. Acai berries are a pretty good source of anti-oxidants. Not quite as good as blueberries, but still pretty good. Other than that, they don't have much health benefit, and don't provide any weight loss help. Good luck finding a good weight loss product!
