I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called ProShapeRX. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. You can try the scarsdale medical diet.
I've been on it for a week now, and i lost 7 pounds; I also did it when I was 17, and lost 19pounds in 14 days.
The diet consists in programmed menus, that You should stick to, in order to lose weight; when you finish your 14 days, you eat normally (but sugar, flour based products, pasta are still banned) for 14 days, to try and maintain the weight loss.
Then if you have more weight to lose, you go back to 14 more days of diet with the menus; the principle is basically 14 days on/14 days off, so you lose weight, and learn how to keep trim afterwards.
So in 7 weeks, if you don't cheat, you could lose up to 30-33 pounds maybe? really depends on how much you already weight, and what kind of metabolism you have...

I used to drink a protein shake that was already made and delicious. You should drink it cold, since it tastes better, but you can drink it at room temperature also. It comes in vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. I bought it at walmart for a pretty cheap price. It's in the vitamin section by the weight loss shakes and diet bars.
It's called "Myoplex." I substituted one for breakfast everyday. As for the other meals, the more fresh veggies and fruit you can eat, the better. Lean meat is good...so eat grilled chicken or deli turkey every day if you want to!
If you exercise for at least 30 minutes of real, sweat producing, cardio a day, you will definitely feel so much better and look better.

These pills are are a waste of money, don't work, and some have nasty side effects - so your headaches could be caused by them.
No pill, potion, patch or supplement will help.
All you need to lose weight is a good healthy diet with lots of fruit and veg and exercise- it takes time and motivation. There is no quick fix. Good luck :)

First off if you signed up for the "free trial" through the internet, you need to cancel your credit cards that you purchased it with because they are very well known scammers that steal money directly from your account.
Other then that, yes. You actually need to exercise to get any benefit from a pill/powder whether its weight loss pills, creatine, protien, and this acai berry. Without exercise nothings gonna happen.
